As we slow down amongst the holiday season, it’s important to look back at the year we’ve had here at Massie & Company. Each year brings new partnerships, new employees, new projects, new resources, and of course, new challenges to overcome. These past twelve months have been no exception as they were filled with many opportunities, trials, and victories. 

Here’s a look back at 2023 here at Massie & Company:

•    In January, we launched a new Massie & Company website.
•    For the 1st time ever, we hired a professional photography company to photograph our many construction projects from throughout the years.
•    We began implementing Procore into our Construction Department operations.
•    We completed ground-up projects, tenant improvements, and countless interior and exterior building renovations.
•    Jeremy & Rick moved across the country to Tennessee.
•    We’re launching a new office in Tennessee. 
•    We welcomed 7 new positions to our team.
•    We hired our first M&Co property manager in TN to manage our east coast properties.
•    We purchased property in TX, TN, and FL.

Thank you for following along with us this past year. Our achievements would not mean anything if it weren’t for amazing community members, clients, subcontractors, vendors, partners, and online followers that support our mission along the way.
